Standing for extended hours or all day can cause problems on your leg, feet and back. This is apparent particularly for those people working on their feet. Aside from wearing the best shoes for standing all day you can also consider customized orthotics that can support the muscles and skeleton in the proper position.  This can help in relieving the pain on your foot and legs. It can also alleviate joint stress, treat overpronation, support ligaments, improve posture and increase comfort.

The hard floor can also cause leg and foot issues. That’s why if you’re working on an area in which the floor is hard, the best thing to do is to use rubber mat to cushion the area. This will reduce the impact of the hard floor on your feet and legs.
